About the Role
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Organize client meetings, note down design brief and ensure design brief is thoroughly explained to the designer for transcribing into design proposal.
2. Present design solutions to the client.
3.Lead design concepts through creative thought processes focused on user experience, materiality, and sustainable approaches, representing the company’s standard design quality.
4. Supporting the team as required in the development of design solutions as required.
5. Review all design documentation for completeness, safety, reliability, manufacturability, and adherence to budget goals.
6. Red flag any current or potential design crisis as early as possible, so priorities can be rearranged to mitigate the impact.
7. Preparation of mood boards, material & finish selections and presentation material.
8. Maintain constant professional communications with client, project team, and consultants
9. Have a project focused view, across multiple projects.
10. Work within an agreed scope and deliver complete packages of work to deadline.
11. Develop design work in close coordination with other members of the team.
12. Implement designs and strategic decisions.
13. Assist & lead, delivery of projects at different stages.
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
Requirements
· PLEASE APPLY ONLY IF YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH CONCEPT DESIGNING & SPACE PLANNING OF COMMERCIAL WORKSPACE (OFFICES).
· PLEASE ATTACH PORTFOLIO FOCUSING ON COMMERCIAL SPACES / OFFICE-RELATED PROJECTS.
Qualifications
· 2/3+ years’ experience in dubai.
· Degree in Interior Design or related internationally recognised degree
· Strong space planning skills and attention to detail.
· Commercial Workplace experience – offices, retails, restaurant
· AutoCAD skills are essential.
· Graphic Software: Sketchup, 3DS Max, Vray, Revit
· Possess excellent communication Skills.
