With GCID's in-house joinery factory spanning over 8000 Sq Ft, we not only have the ability to reduce cost by eliminating multiple overheads, but also complete control over quality and timelines. With over 20 personnel and state of the art machinery, GCID's joinery factory is a high-yield facility.
Acoustics & Vibration Control

MEP Services
GCID's in-house mechanical, electrical and plumbing division, ensures a smooth flow between your design, the current site and your intended functionality. our in-house team comprises of MEP designers, HVAC engineers, lighting designers, electrical engineers, and technicians.
Authority Approvals
Our in-house approvals team ensures that your projects are aligned with the requirements and compliances required by the governing authorities in the U.A.E. GCID is registered as an interior decoration, G+1 contracting and electrical fittings contracting company in the U.A.E.
We continue to work with authorities including but not limited to Dubai Municipality (DM), Dubai Development Authority (DDA), Dubai Integrated Economic Zones Authority (DIEZ), Concordia/DMCC, Dubai Civil Defense (DCD), Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA). Additionally, GCID's strategic partnership with consultants across the U.A.E ensures that no matter which emirate your project is located in, the necessary approvals, and permits are taken care of.
